Courtney Castle is a Realtor® and co-owner of NextHome Discover, one of the top-producing real estate brokerages serving Aroostook County and northern Maine. As part of Team Castle alongside her husband, Broker/Owner Dan Castle, Courtney has helped build one of the region’s most active and recognizable real estate brands through a client-focused approach centered around professionalism, communication, and the philosophy of “Humans Over Houses.”

Since the formation of NextHome Discover in 2020, Courtney has been involved in hundreds of successful real estate transactions throughout northern Maine as part of Team Castle and the continued growth of the brokerage. Her experience includes residential, land, waterfront, investment, and multi-family properties across communities including Presque Isle, Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Mapleton, Ashland, Madawaska, Fort Kent, Van Buren, Easton, Washburn, and surrounding areas.

As part of Team Castle and NextHome Discover, Courtney has helped contribute to the brokerage’s growth into the #1 real estate office in Aroostook County for both annual transaction sides and annual closed sales volume as of 2025, while continuing to lead the county year-to-date in 2026.
