Dan Castle is the Designated Broker and owner of NextHome Discover, one of the top-producing real estate brokerages serving Aroostook County and Northern Maine. Since becoming licensed in 2018 and founding NextHome Discover in 2020, Dan has built a reputation for combining high-level production, innovative marketing, and a modern, client-focused approach to real estate.

Under Dan’s leadership, NextHome Discover has grown into the #1 real estate office in Aroostook County for both annual transaction sides and annual closed sales volume as of 2025, while continuing to lead the county year-to-date in 2026.

Since opening the brokerage, Dan has been involved in more than 800 closed real estate transaction sides throughout northern Maine through individual production and collaborative team partnerships. During that same period, NextHome Discover closed approximately 1,000 transaction sides totaling over $146 million in sales volume.

Dan’s experience spans residential, commercial, land, multi-family, and investment properties throughout Presque Isle, Caribou, Fort Fairfield, Mapleton, Ashland, Madawaska, Fort Kent, Van Buren, Easton, Washburn, and surrounding communities across northern Maine.
